XLS Medical fat binder’s active ingredient is Litramine which binds readily with dietary fat from food and becomes a large fat fibre complex. This fat-fibre complex is too large to be absorbed in the small intestine and is eventually excreted from the body.

After the fat binding phase, the essential fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E are released and absorbed in the body. This optimises the availability of fat-soluble vitamins for absorption by the body.

XLS Medical fat binder uses an active ingredient, derived from natural cactus leaves, that is gentle on the system and clinically proven to aid weight.

The fibre complex Litramine, present in XLS Medical Fat Binder binds readily with fat from food and becomes a large fat fibre complex. This fat-fibre complex is too large to be absorbed in the small intestine and leaves the body naturally.

How Use It:
